- Help creators, local businesses, and organizations achieve online success.
- Provide support for web presence, online reach, and IT/cloud operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to domains, websites, and cloud servers.
- Contribute to sales objectives through customer interactions.
Requirements
- At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of any 2-year course.
- At least 6 months sales/customer service experience (advantageous).
- Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting, and Wordpress (advantageous).
- Knowledge in Content Management System (advantageous).
- Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting (advantageous).
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
- Highly Motivated and Target Driven.
