What you will do

Main contact for customer support at hirify.global.
Improve performance based on feedback.
Proactively report support issues to supervisors.
Recommend solutions to customer concerns.
Participate in coaching and organizational activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service.

Requirements

At least 2nd year College Level or IT/Computer Science graduate.
6 months experience in sales/customer service or technical support.
Knowledge in PHP, Webhosting, and WordPress is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
