Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator (Business): Helping to expand the Lifecycle strategy by implementing email, in-app, and push messaging campaigns to engage users with an accent on supporting automated messages, drafting and localizing new campaigns, and optimizing communication performance. Focus on managing large-scale user communication and ensuring effective engagement across different user lifecycle stages.
Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia or Bucharest, Romania (minimum 2 days in office per week)

What you will do
- Support the performance of over 2000 automated messages by setting up campaigns, editing copy, visuals, and target audiences.
- Draft, localize, and implement new lifecycle messaging campaigns for active, passive, and churned users.
- Work closely with local teams to support sending market-specific and global ad-hoc communications.
- Debug and optimize active communication campaigns to ensure best performance.
- Analyse existing communications and implement new messaging campaigns for active and churned users.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in marketing, product, or a similar field.
- An understanding of user lifecycle.
- Excellent English copywriting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to focus and prioritise.
Nice to have
- Experience with lifecycle/email campaigns and communicating to large audiences.
- Experience with customer engagement tools (Leanplum, Braze, Intercom, etc).
