What you will do

• Manage and optimize native advertising campaigns on platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak.
• Monitor campaign performance and actively optimize bids, targeting, and placements to maximize CPA efficiency and ROAS.
• Brief, review, and test native creatives (headlines, images, advertorials) and analyze their performance.
• Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve CVR and subscription performance for native traffic.
• Track key metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, retention, LTV) and collaborate with data teams for insights.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and pages to identify scalable combinations.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Experience with native advertising platforms or a strong interest in learning them.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work effectively within ±4 hours of CET for collaboration.
