What you will do

• Host public live virtual sessions, introducing presenters and operating the webinar platform.
• Post content on the webinar platform and hirify.global.com.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Program Manager to analyze program data and identify optimization areas.
• Provide presenter access details and trainings, collecting and providing final presentations.
• Manage promotional email requests and act as a liaison to Digital Marketing partners.
• Update registration reports daily and send weekly notifications to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of marketing, operations, and/or related experience required.
• Experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with Google Drive.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Project Manager mindset to juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
