Program Manager, Training & Enablement: Supporting the execution and coordination of partner-focused training programs to ensure partner readiness and continuous skill development with an accent on managing certifications, tracking progress, and aligning training with delivery needs. Focus on leveraging learning platforms, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving operational efficiency with AI-enabled tools.
Location: Remote from India (Bangalore preferred)

What you will do
- Coordinate and support customer and partner-focused training programs for successful implementations.
- Track and manage partner training completion, certification progress, and readiness milestones.
- Execute defined onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs using established frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with customer and partner teams to align training requirements with delivery needs.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve training coordination, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, or Learning Design.
- 2–4 years of experience in partner enablement, customer education, training coordination, or program operations.
- Experience working with external audiences in a professional services or SaaS environment.
- Comfort using learning platforms (LMS) and project management tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, Monday, Asana, Jira).
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills (English B2+).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems (systems integrators, consultancies, resellers).
- Familiarity with certification programs or role-based learning paths.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS delivery models or professional services workflows.
