What you will do

• Coordinate and support customer and partner-focused training programs for successful hirify.global implementations.
• Track and manage partner training completion, certification progress, and readiness milestones.
• Execute defined onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs using established frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with customer and partner teams to align training requirements with delivery needs.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve training coordination, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Education, or Learning Design.
• 2–4 years of experience in partner enablement, customer education, training coordination, or program operations.
• Experience working with external audiences in a professional services or SaaS environment.
• Comfort using learning platforms (LMS) and project management tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, Monday, Asana, Jira).
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills (English B2+).
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting partner ecosystems (systems integrators, consultancies, resellers).
• Familiarity with certification programs or role-based learning paths.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS delivery models or professional services workflows.
