What you will do

• Support the Production Lead by managing shoot schedules, talent, and locations.
• Create platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
• Identify trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments for Juniper.
• Work with videographers, designers, and the creative team to execute shoots.
• Organise and archive video and photo content.
• Collaborate with Performance, Social, and Editorial teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in production coordination or content production roles.
• Proficient in creating content for social platforms.
• Knowledgeable about current internet culture and trends.
• Strong understanding of Juniper's customers.
• Organised and detail-oriented with technical proficiency in shooting and editing.
• Empathetic and culturally aware, especially regarding women's health topics.
