What you will do

• Create original, high-quality, on-brand social media content and short-form videos for platforms like Reels and TikTok.
• Proactively engage with the online community by liking, commenting, and cross-promoting content.
• Plan and execute consistent social and email engagement programs, maintaining a content calendar.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles, ensuring cross-platform cohesion.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand partners, or related companies to increase engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on social campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations for growth.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating original social media content creation and engagement results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience creating and managing social media accounts.
• 3–5 years of experience managing and growing professional social media accounts with measurable engagement growth.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and content performance metrics.
• Preferably experienced in the luxury travel or luxury lifestyle industry.
