Focus on developing an implementation plan to address integration requirements and supporting the implementation of the integration work.

What you will do

• Support the integration of hirify.global Digital platforms with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with hirify.global integration solutions.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation of hirify.global Digital integrations and apps with third-party platforms for implementation.
• Support the implementation of hirify.global Built On Workday Apps with client Workday environments to ensure successful implementation and alignment to Workday processes.
• Work with the hirify.global client team, clients, and System Integration Partner to review and assess the client’s functional and technical integration requirements related to integrating hirify.global Digital products with client’s HRIS platforms.
• Assess the client’s Information Technology environment compared to hirify.global products’ technical and security requirements, including providing recommendations on any updates the client may need to make to their configuration.
• Partner with Client Advocacy Solution Success Architects to enable and support the SSA team with technology integration and architecture questions impacting our solutions/product strategies for clients.

Requirements

• High-level knowledge of multiple business areas and domains, including Recruitment and Talent Management.
• Certification with Workday HCM modules, including configuration and implementation. Built On Workday app and Workday Query Language (WQL) expertise are highly desired.
• Extensive experience implementing and/or deploying API-based integrations for HRIS platforms is required.
• Experience with Workday and/or SuccessFactors integration configurations (Workday Orchestrate, Built on Workday, SAP BTP, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, calm under pressure.
• Must be proficient with Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors HCM platforms.
