Location: Remote (United States of America). This role is available to residents of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts or Ohio.

What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support for executive search projects.
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates.
• Manage various stages of the search process to ensure high-quality client engagement.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information.
• Inform engagement teams of potential business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Professional experience: 3-7 years, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) and ability to make presentations at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.
• English: B2 required.

• MBA or other advanced degree.
