What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for external clients from initial request to production go-live.
• Test and certify new client connections via FIX protocol, ensuring compliance with industry and firm standards.
• Coordinate deliverable dependencies across internal business, operations, and platform development teams.
• Facilitate network connectivity requests including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and VPN configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the onboarding process and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for onboarding projects and processes.

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of experience executing FIX connectivity onboarding and certification.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets industry and electronic trading flows.
• Understanding of equities and futures/options transactions and associated FIX messaging.
• Experience navigating log files and troubleshooting in UNIX.
• Programming or scripting knowledge (Perl is a plus).
• BA or BS degree in CS, MIS, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
