Regional Sales Manager, SouthWest (SLED)

TL;DR
Regional Sales Manager, SouthWest (SLED): Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales goals within the SLED sector, with an accent on building customer-centric solutions and managing the full sales ecosystem. Focus on landing and expanding 7-figure deals, creating demand in the territory, and selling un-budgeted solutions.
Location: Remote within the SouthWest Region, US. Candidates must live local to the territory.

What you will do
- Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
- Manage the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
- Help customers understand the value of and articulate our value proposition from engineers to CxOs.
- Forecast predictably and consistently hit sales targets.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote, multi-timezone operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SLED Security Sales experience, selling into State, Local, and Government accounts in the SouthWest Region.
- Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals and developing new logos.
- Experience working with at least one earlier stage startup organization or demonstrating entrepreneurial skills.
- Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
- Able to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
- Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
