What you will do
- Lead the full go-to-market lifecycle from insights and planning through launch, adoption, retention, and optimization.
- Shape GTM strategy using market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior analysis.
- Define and track commercial KPIs and translate insights into change roadmaps and adoption strategies.
- Build scalable GTM playbooks and change management plans ensuring business readiness and stakeholder alignment.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Partner with Data Science and ML teams to embed predictive models, personalization, and experimentation frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in digital commerce, preferably in games, entertainment, or technology.
- Advanced expertise in agile project and product management with proven delivery of complex initiatives.
- Strong data fluency to interpret insights and drive action across the GTM lifecycle.
- Experience in business readiness and change management for digital GTM including pricing and subscriptions.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and continuous optimization techniques.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with executive influence.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci.
- Management consulting experience.
