What you will do

• Lead the full GTM lifecycle, driving the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic commercial initiatives.
• Shape GTM strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer behaviours.
• Define and track commercial KPIs, translating insights into change roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
• Build scalable GTM playbooks and change management plans.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across global product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Partner with Data Science and ML teams to embed predictive models, personalization, and experimentation frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in digital commerce, preferably in games, entertainment or technology.
• Advanced expertise in agile project & product management.
• Strong data fluency to interpret insights and drive action across the GTM lifecycle.
• Proven ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Experience in business readiness and change management for digital GTM, including pricing, subscriptions, and growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven iteration.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci).
• Management consulting experience.
