What you will do

• Lead the full GTM lifecycle from insights and positioning through launch, adoption, retention, and optimization.
• Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to shape GTM strategy and differentiation.
• Define and track commercial KPIs and translate insights into change roadmaps and adoption strategies.
• Build scalable GTM playbooks and change management plans ensuring business readiness and stakeholder alignment.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across product, engineering, marketing, finance, and operations globally.
• Partner with Data Science and ML teams to embed predictive models, personalization, and experimentation frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from the United States, specifically San Mateo, CA (hybrid work format).
• Minimum 5 years experience in digital commerce, preferably in games, entertainment, or technology.
• Advanced expertise in agile project and product management with proven delivery of complex initiatives.
• Strong data fluency to interpret insights and drive decisions across the GTM lifecycle.
• Experience in business readiness, change management, pricing, subscriptions, personalization, and growth initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence executives.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci.
• Management consulting experience.
