What you will do

• Respond to product inquiries and lead internal/customer calls.
• Supervise and update game launch statuses using product management tools.
• Review and distribute game-related materials to customers.
• Participate in planning sessions and provide product/marketing recommendations.
• Participate in product brainstorming sessions with the game studio and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure game specifications are met.
• Proficiency in MS Office and product coordination solutions (Trello, Monday.com).
• Work authorization for the job posting location (US) required; visa sponsorship not available.
