What you will do
- Support day-to-day project activities, including creating project plans, tracking schedules and deliverables.
- Assist in developing contingency plans for potential risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure service expectations and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress and escalate significant deviations to senior leadership.
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of IT project management, including planning, organization, monitoring, and control.
- Working knowledge of project administration best practices, decision-making, and critical thinking.
- 5+ years of experience supporting engineering, technical, or digital project teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Nice to have
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an Agile environment and familiarity with hirify.global New Product Introduction (NPI / dNPI) processes.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, MS Copilot, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
