Salary: $108,318.00 – $169,060.00

What you will do

• Support day-to-day project activities, including creating project plans, tracking schedules and deliverables.
• Assist in developing contingency plans for potential risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure service expectations and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and escalate significant deviations to senior leadership.
• Contribute to project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of IT project management, including planning, organization, monitoring, and control.
• Working knowledge of project administration best practices, decision-making, and critical thinking.
• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering, technical, or digital project teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Nice to have

• College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an Agile environment and familiarity with hirify.global New Product Introduction (NPI / dNPI) processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, MS Copilot, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
