What you will do

• Manage overall project budget reporting and visibility.
• Review, manage, and resolve resource assignments/constraints on inter-dependent projects.
• Facilitate recognition and ownership for project driven change and adoption needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners acting as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate project status updates, roadmaps, progress and escalations with Sponsors and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience and 7-8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
• Program/Project management professional with PLM/Merchandise Planning background.
• In-depth knowledge of developing and managing program processes and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required

Nice to have

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Training in Program/Project Management Preferred.
