What you will do
- Own the team’s roadmap, from idea to execution.
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
- Dig deep into data and external research to explore and validate feature ideas.
- Drive product strategy for the team in close partnership with executive leadership.
- Partner closely with product designers to ensure a fun, useful user experience.
- Work with engineers to help guide feature development.
- Perform experiment analysis on features to be immediately turned into opportunities for future optimization.
Requirements
- Experience generating outstanding results as a Product Manager at a consumer mobile app.
- Experience building and executing on roadmaps that enhance existing features while also creating net new features with significant impact.
- Ability to act independently, driving alignment up and down within the organization.
- Ability to dig into an experiment to identify data and insights that inform meaningful decisions.
- Desire to find and assess patterns or features from other apps or games that can be adapted and applied.
- Experience working closely with product design to create simple and intuitive user experiences that still ship impact.
- Experience leading product teams of engineers, designers, and even other PMs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Experience working on growth and retention feature sets in mobile games or gamified products.
- Experience leading a team that shipped 50+ experiments a quarter.
