Location: This is an onsite role. Team members are expected to work in an office 4+ days per week in Bellevue, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, or San Francisco, USA.
Salary: The base salary range for this position in the United States is $213,000-$377,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

- Lead the development and scaling of innovative, high-quality products for Snap’s advertising platform with measurable impact.
- Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with Snap’s revenue goals.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying advertiser needs to driving iterative improvements.
- Act as a strategic leader, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve critical business objectives.
- Solve complex, high-impact challenges by making informed tradeoffs and delivering innovative solutions.
- Inspire and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 10+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional product management teams.
- Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across organizations from C-Levels through to engineers.
- Skilled in effective mentorship to direct or indirect reports.
- Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion.
