What you will do

• Deeply understand customer needs and develop hypotheses for user signups, onboarding, and engagement.
• Drive experimentation and rapid iteration with a high velocity of product launches to accelerate user growth and expansion.
• Define and track key business and usage analytics to measure success.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to product development, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role with a strong track record of driving growth and adoption in SaaS or high-growth software environments.
• Expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Experience with building and optimizing agentic workflows to drive delightful user experiences.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of the data platform industry, hirify.global’s positioning, and competitive landscape.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
