What you will do
- Own the product strategy and technical execution of the Kids+ subscription experience end-to-end.
- Manage acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifecycle management for Kids+ subscriptions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, payments, identity, platform).
- Build a best-in-class subscription experience that delivers continuous value to families.
- Drive sustainable business growth for the Kids+ program.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience in technical product management.
Nice to have
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
