Salary: $179,900 - $243,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and technical execution of the Kids+ subscription experience end-to-end.
• Manage acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifecycle management for Kids+ subscriptions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, payments, identity, platform).
• Build a best-in-class subscription experience that delivers continuous value to families.
• Drive sustainable business growth for the Kids+ program.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience in technical product management.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
