What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of Product Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-level execution and performance.
- Define and communicate strategic priorities, aligning them with business objectives and driving product evolution using AI capabilities.
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and needs, utilizing these insights to refine product features and development priorities.
- Establish robust relationships across functions, collaborating on strategic initiatives and internal communication to align efforts and resources.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, incorporating these insights into the strategic direction and product planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management with demonstrated ability to drive product vision and execute strategies effectively.
- 3+ years managing and developing other product managers, with a focus on mentorship and building high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, showcasing a strong foundation in product management principles.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing product strategy, with a particular focus on platform products.
- Experience with AI development, demonstrating a robust technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Successful track record of launching new products, with a strong understanding of market needs and consumer behavior.
