Senior Consultant (Strategic Finance Delivery): Leading large and complex finance improvement or transformation projects for CFOs and senior leaders, with an accent on integrated planning, forecasting, cost management, and finance delivery capabilities. Location: Whilst you will have London, Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice. UK employees eligible to request flexible working arrangements.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of large, complex Strategic Finance Improvement or transformation projects.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to define business challenges and shape actionable solutions.
• Develop and present meaningful, robust, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify business development opportunities across operating model transformation and organisation design.
• Coach and develop team members, providing performance management and supporting recruitment.

Requirements

• Strong background in management consulting, with proven ability to build and guide teams and deliver projects.
• Proven experience shaping actionable finance strategies and designing finance target operating models.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business challenges and shape evidence-based solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, ensuring recommendations are grounded in robust data.
• Confident working with senior executives and building trusted relationships.
• Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or on track to complete within 12 months.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or delivering solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
• Familiarity with modern finance organisation principles in large, complex, or global organisations.
