What you will do

• Shape and steer client AI governance strategies, translating regulatory and ethical requirements into actionable frameworks and controls.
• Lead governance process design and implementation across the AI lifecycle, ensuring adoption through culture, communication, and training.
• Provide AI assurance expertise, assessing AI systems including GenAI and Agentic for compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align governance approaches strategically across organizations.
• Drive business growth by evolving AI Governance & Trust offerings, leading proposals, and building client relationships.
• Lead internal team development and capability building in AI governance and trust.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with flexibility for travel and assignment locations.
• Deep expertise in AI governance, assurance, ethics, and regulation with ability to translate into practical governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and lifecycle to guide governance implementation.
