What you will do

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences.
• Translate complex products, features, and processes into clear, learner-centered content.
• Facilitate live virtual and in-person enablement sessions.
• Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design practices across all learning assets.
• Maintain and iterate on content using learner feedback, usage data, and program outcomes.
• Build and manage enablement content within hirify.global’s learning management system.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or enablement within a technical or product-driven environment.
• Experience facilitating live training or enablement sessions for technical or mixed audiences.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Are you currently legally allowed to work in Canada?
• Do you have full rights to work in Canada?

Nice to have

• Experience designing or supporting certification programs for internal teams, partners, or customers.
• Experience with the Intellum LMS.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design principles.
• Interest in learning analytics and continuous content optimization.
