Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows and uncover fundamental business challenges.
• Translate customer problems into structured AI solution plans, including prompt and context structures.
• Write detailed technical specifications and define solution behavior for complex customer use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions from initial conversation through deployment.
• Prioritize requirements, manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope, and maintain client relationships.
• Represent enterprise users while helping the Platform team identify reusable product patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles involving complex technical products.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompt structures, context and output constraints, and model uncertainty.
• Experience leading consultative discovery with enterprise buyers and operators.
• Ability to define AI solutions from raw business problems and write precise specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines and managing evolving requirements.
• Strong written communication, systems thinking, attention to detail, and fluent English in written and verbal communication.
