Location: Remotely in the USA

Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 USD OTE + Equity

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup in the world of Generative AI and customer service, offering a voice-first GenAI platform for contact centers that automates customer service with natural-sounding conversations across all communication channels.

What you will do

  • Own and deliver the enterprise new-logo revenue target for your region.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Establish and enforce Command of the Message-style selling to ensure consistent value articulation.
  • Drive rigorous forecasting discipline using MEDDPICC.
  • Build and execute regional GTM and territory strategies, identifying priority industries and target accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success to improve win rates and expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, including time in a frontline or regional sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in new-logo environments.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Command of the Message.
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC, driving deal quality and forecast accuracy across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage a partner ecosystem.
  • Proven success navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with senior executive buyers.
