What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring team execution meets and exceeds sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and proper follow-up.
- Attract, hire, and retain high-performing SDRs by fostering a performance culture.
- Provide training and support on sales development, Procore products, and outbound prospecting best practices.
- Analyze team performance, provide accurate forecasts, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- 1+ years of management experience in a business development environment.
- Proven track record in hiring, developing, and promoting Sales Development Representatives.
- Experience prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Experience using and implementing a sales methodology.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.
