Location: Onsite in Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL, United States

Salary: $105,730.80 – $145,379.90 USD Annually (Base Pay Range)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring team execution meets and exceeds sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and proper follow-up.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing SDRs by fostering a performance culture.
  • Provide training and support on sales development, Procore products, and outbound prospecting best practices.
  • Analyze team performance, provide accurate forecasts, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • 1+ years of management experience in a business development environment.
  • Proven track record in hiring, developing, and promoting Sales Development Representatives.
  • Experience prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling.
  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.
