What you will do

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams or domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and manage dependencies.
• Establish and refine program management processes, utilizing data-driven metrics to optimize outcomes.
• Manage program-level roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and adapt plans to changing business needs.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML enabled solutions that improve outcomes.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program management or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-team or multi-service technical initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive system design discussions, manage API integration, and support data modeling activities.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas, requiring in-office attendance at least three days a week.

• Experience delivering large-scale, distributed, or cloud-based programs.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-domain technical initiatives, including AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled systems, with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
