What you will do

• Define and deliver clear product requirements for new products and accessories based on customer and partner needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to define, develop, and validate new products.
• Communicate directly with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights.
• Own the internal business case, including market opportunity, value proposition, and financial viability.
• Drive product execution from concept through the entire lifecycle, engaging with design, engineering, and operations.
• Represent hirify.global at trade, channel, customer, and online events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Video Collaboration or Unified Communication is a a must.
• 15+ years of experience in defining and delivering products for IT teams in SMBs to global enterprises.
• 10+ years of experience in a Product Management role focused on hardware, ideally Video or Audio on Android-based or similar embedded systems.
• Ability to communicate complicated concepts to non-technical people.
• Strong technical inclination, curiosity, and empathy.
• Passion for conceiving, building, and maintaining products with a focus on product design, sustainability, and new technologies.
