Measurement Lead (AI, AdTech): Shaping and executing measurement strategies for advertisers within Microsoft's AI-powered ecosystem with an accent on privacy-forward solutions, data, and identity. Focus on developing advanced measurement approaches, quantifying media effectiveness, and translating complex analysis into actionable business insights.

Location: Redmond, United States. Employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year (up to $222,600 in specific US metropolitan areas).

What you will do

  • Shape how advertisers measure impact across Microsoft’s AI-powered ecosystem.
  • Lead advanced measurement solutions that influence product decisions, strategy, and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a measurement expert and strategist across cross-functional teams and external advertisers.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand measurement needs and business outcomes.
  • Develop and apply measurement frameworks, including attribution, incrementality, and experimentation.
  • Evangelize modern measurement practices, emerging privacy standards, and identity solutions internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree AND 3+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
  • Proven expertise in modern measurement methodologies such as attribution, incrementality, experimentation design, and lift studies.
  • Ability to translate complex data and analysis into business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in digital platforms or advertising measurement roles at scale.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience with advertising measurement tools, analytics platforms, and data infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with privacy-safe measurement approaches and identity resolution frameworks.
