TL;DR

Product Engineer (Growth): Driving the product-led growth of an open-source LLM engineering platform with an accent on optimizing user onboarding, feature adoption, and overall product experience. Focus on building growth loops, conducting data-driven experiments, and collaborating with engineers and designers to expand the product suite.

Location: Europe, Berlin, London, Munich, Paris, Zurich. Expect one week per month in our Berlin office.

Salary: €90K - €160K

hirify.global is an open-source LLM Engineering Platform that helps teams build useful AI applications via tracing, evaluation, and prompt management, now part of ClickHouse.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the data stack to generate insights into user behavior, mapping the core funnel for each feature.
• Ship constant improvements to reduce onboarding friction, experiment with changes to signup flows, and build loops to help customers expand into all product areas.
• Experiment with features that turn customer accounts into user-generated content and integrate hot topics into hirify.global.

Requirements

• Drive to learn fresh things and envision how hirify.global succeeds through product-led growth.
• Experience in full-stack development, shipping changes that touch FE and BE in the product with confidence.
• SQL skills for analytics and excitement to talk to and think like the users.

Nice to have

• Experience with devtools / OSS ecosystems and developer-centric go-to-market strategies.
• Taste for UX / Design is a big plus.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM Engineering.
• Former Founders are welcome for this role!
