Business Development Manager (Oslo): Managing outbound sales activity to qualify and develop prospects into partners with an accent on engaging with them through creative follow-up communications. Focus on problem solving and contributing to the company's growth.
Location: Must be based in Oslo, Norway

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to bring in new business.
- Present, promote, and sell ’s products and services through product demos.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide feedback on industry trends to enhance our offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Fluent in Norweigian, and English.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- A true hunter and relationship builder.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Must be based in Oslo, Norway for this position.
