What you will do
- Secure and manage framework agreements with major players like NorgesGruppen, Coop, or Reitan.
- Translate growth targets into department plans and take full responsibility for achieving KPIs.
- Lead and coach a small location sales team, fostering a positive environment.
- Build trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders to local store owners.
- Drive physical expansion of the locker network across Norway through strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proven track record in Key Account Management with strong network in Norwegian retail (FMCG) or property management.
- Deep familiarity with Norwegian retail or real estate sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and handling tough conversations.
- Experience coaching teams and creating positive team spirit.
