Head of People Analytics: Leading and building a People Analytics and Talent Data team with an accent translating data-driven insights into strategic business decisis and improving organizatial performance, with a focus the growing retail business. Focus cducting advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the entire employee lifecycle, including employee listening, talent and performance management, learning and development, and diversity & inclusi.

The Talent (HR) team is expanding to support ’s growth.
What you will do
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing People Analytics and Talent Data team.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for people analytics, aligning it with high-priority business and talent objectives.
- Cduct and oversee advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the entire employee lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven stories and presentatis that effectively communicate insights and recommendatis to senior audiences.
- Act as a thought leader and strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders.
- Build key relatiships and collaborate across functis, including HR, Finance, and Strategy, to support lg range growth and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in the data analytics field, with a significant focus People/HR/Talent analytics.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of building and managing analytics teams.
- A firm grasp of how to best use quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies to inform strategic business and talent decisis.
- Expertise in developing and delivering compelling data-driven narratives to executive-level audiences.
- Strg business and commercial acumen, with the ability to cnect people data to business outcomes.
- Expert-level reporting skills and proficiency with statistical tools (e.g., R, Pyth, SPSS) and data visualizati tools (e.g., e Model, Visier).

- Experience with Workday is a strg advantage.
