The Talent (HR) team is expanding to support hirify.global’s growth.

What you will do

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing People Analytics and Talent Data team.
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for people analytics, aligning it with high-priority business and talent objectives.
  • Chirify.globalduct and oversee advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven stories and presentatihirify.globals that effectively communicate insights and recommendatihirify.globals to senior audiences.
  • Act as a thought leader and strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders.
  • Build key relatihirify.globalships and collaborate across functihirify.globals, including HR, Finance, and Strategy, to support lhirify.globalg range growth and workforce planning.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in the data analytics field, with a significant focus hirify.global People/HR/Talent analytics.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of building and managing analytics teams.
  • A firm grasp of how to best use quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies to inform strategic business and talent decisihirify.globals.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering compelling data-driven narratives to executive-level audiences.
  • Strhirify.globalg business and commercial acumen, with the ability to chirify.globalnect people data to business outcomes.
  • Expert-level reporting skills and proficiency with statistical tools (e.g., R, Pythhirify.global, SPSS) and data visualizatihirify.global tools (e.g., hirify.globale Model, Visier).

  • Experience with Workday is a strhirify.globalg advantage.
