What you will do

• Develop and manage paid search campaigns including keyword research and ad copy generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and execute experiments to drive incremental growth.
• Test and optimize automation, bidding strategies, ad extensions, and product feeds.
• Collaborate with internal partners and other marketing disciplines to align with site-wide trends.
• Conduct deep-dive diagnostics to identify and capitalize on scalable performance opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, mathematics, marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in paid search, preferably within ecommerce or direct response environments.
• Proven experience managing Google or Bing Shopping ads (Pmax).
• Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with experience in A/B and multivariate testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work onsite in Boston, MA, Plantation, FL, or Minneapolis, MN.
