Junior Product Manager (AdTech)

TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (AdTech): Supporting the product development lifecycle for data-driven marketing solutions with an accent on translating user needs and data insights into clear product requirements. Focus on utilizing SQL for data analysis, defining KPIs, and facilitating stakeholder communication in a multicultural AdTech environment.

Location: Hybrid, based in Warsaw, Poland (two days a week in the office).

Salary: 6,333–12,500 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Assist in defining, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Data Scientists, and UX Designers to ensure a shared understanding of product features.
• Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to query datasets, analyze product performance, and generate insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to understand data availability and potential for new product features or enhancements.
• Communicate product updates, release notes, and progress to various internal stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a product, business analyst, or data analyst role with software development exposure.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• English fluency C2.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
