What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive, engaging, and aligned with Agile principles.
• Coach development teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and engineering best practices to maximize productivity.
• Identify, track, and actively remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
• Shield the team from external distractions and interferences, allowing them to focus on sprint commitments.
• Guide the team in using metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down/up charts) to understand and improve their performance.
• Champion Agile adoption and maturity across the organization, sharing best practices and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for multiple software development teams.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and various Agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean).
• English fluency C1/C2.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and common engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, TDD).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certifications are highly desirable.
