What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from planning to delivery for cloud-based spend management solutions.
• Manage project scope, resources, timelines, and budgets, including other project administration.
• Act as the main customer contact, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams.
• Motivate and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and guide customers toward best-practice solutions.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business-minded, results-driven, and highly organized.
• Ability to manage several parallel projects and tasks with good quality, control, and attention to detail.
• General understanding of IT systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client and/or company sites.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing software or cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with spend management or S2P/P2P processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Infor M3.
