Senior IT Project Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading end-to-end security integration projects to align a Life & Pension organization with client security standards, with an accent on scope definition, planning, and risk management. Focus on IT security integration within cloud and infrastructure environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like DORA, ICT, GDPR, and NIS2.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (at least 3 days per week from the office). Must be based in Poland.

Salary: PLN 20,000–26,000/month on B2B.

What you will do

• Drive and run security integration projects end-to-end.
• Manage project scope, planning, schedules, and cost control.
• Maintain and manage risk logs.
• Lead stakeholder management activities.
• Oversee project change management.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience in managing security integration projects.
• Strong project management expertise (scope, planning, scheduling, cost, risk, stakeholder, change management).
• Solid knowledge of IT security.
• Experience with Cloud and IT infrastructure (Firewall, Proxy, Vulnerability Management, Data Leakage Protection, DB Monitoring).
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., DORA, ICT, GDPR, NIS2).
• English: B2 required for daily interaction in an international environment.
