TL;DR

Project Manager: Leading a Snowflake-related initiative with a strong focus on BCCM requirements within a cloud-based environment with an accent on time, cost, and quality. Focus on managing changes, risks, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Location: Elastic hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT project management (time, cost, quality) and ensure clear progress reporting.
• Manage changes, risks, and escalations in a structured manner using CRMA/QRA.
• Oversee financial tracking and budget control for the project.
• Maintain Jira governance and project documentation.
• Closely cooperate with line organization and technical experts.
• Proactively manage stakeholders, especially around technology decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Snowflake-related projects.
• Strong understanding of BCCM requirements (resiliency, failover, immutable backup).
• Solid knowledge of resiliency requirements for cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in cloud environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in structured governance environments.
