What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for complex, multi-feature products.
• Translate ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data, experimentation, and A/B testing to identify opportunities and improve product performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlogs, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Apply AI/ML concepts to real-world products, safely integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Communicate product vision, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience (or equivalent role) with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, in a technical, business, or related field.
• Experience driving end-to-end delivery for one or more customer-facing or platform services.
• Proven ability to own the roadmap and execution for a product, service, or set of features.
• Demonstrated strength in using data and experimentation to inform prioritization and guide decision making.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts.
• Must have US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience taking product experiences from concept to scaled adoption, including discovery, validation, and launch.
• Experience building or evolving products that operate at scale, designing for reliability, performance, and observability.
• Proven ability to shape product strategy within a domain and influence technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities (such as personalization or intelligent automation).
• Previous experience in an enterprise “digital transformation” or internal tools organization.
