What you will do

• Liaise with data stewards and technical stakeholders to identify data quality gaps and develop remediation solutions.
• Lead a team of data integrity analysts for remediation programs.
• Define the overarching Data Governance and Master Data Management strategy and operating model.
• Develop roadmaps, implement standards, processes, and solutions, and lead daily operations of the function.
• Design and implement reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor data improvements.

Requirements

• Third level degree.
• 3-5 years experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Master Data Management.
• Leadership/management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of information systems, databases, and SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrable ability to influence and collaborate.
