What you will do

• Support the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering client insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, legal, and operations teams to translate requirements into high-quality features.
• Help define and track key product metrics and KPIs to guide product prioritization and measure success.
• Create and maintain essential product documentation, including user stories, process flows, and project plans.
• Clearly communicate product updates, timelines, and progress to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, institutional finance, management consulting, or a technical product role.
• Foundational knowledge spanning institutional finance (e.g., capital markets, asset management, financial operations) and product development principles.
• An insatiable curiosity and a proven ability to learn complex technical and financial concepts quickly.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, comfortable working effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, influencing outcomes and driving execution.
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a 'no-task-is-too-small' attitude.
