What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core trading, execution, and liquidity components of hirify.global Crypto Brokerage.
• Design and evolve order and execution flows to deliver high-quality execution for partner order flow.
• Build and enhance smart order routing and liquidity-aggregation capabilities across execution venues.
• Partner closely with Engineering to design and deliver low-latency, high-reliability trading systems.
• Collaborate with Market Operations, Risk, and Compliance to define guardrails and ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
• Define and monitor key performance and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on trading, execution, or market-infrastructure products in crypto or traditional finance.
• Direct experience building or owning trading systems, such as algorithmic trading platforms or execution/risk engines.
• Deep understanding of trading and execution in crypto spot markets (venue microstructure, order books, fees).
• Strong technical acumen and experience with API-driven, backend, or platform products.
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Risk in a regulated financial environment.
• Highly analytical and data-driven; proficient in defining metrics and working with large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience at a crypto exchange, prime broker, or institutional trading platform.
• Background working with crypto market makers or electronic trading firms.
• Familiarity with derivatives or margin trading.
• Experience at a B2B or white-label infrastructure provider.
