What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for a centralized data platform to meet the needs of engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Implement product management best practices for data, ensuring datasets are discoverable, high-quality, and consumable via APIs and self-service tools.
• Build specific infrastructure, like feature stores and automated pipelines, to accelerate the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
• Establish and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for data reliability, latency, and uptime to ensure platform scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact data needs and translate them into technical requirements for the data engineering team.
• Drive the strategy for data privacy and compliance, integrating security protocols directly into the platform workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically managing technical products, data platforms, or large-scale backend systems.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack (e.g., Cloud Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Streaming) and data flow from source to end-user.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data requirements and building platforms that support model training and inference at scale.
• Ability to apply product sense to internal tools, identifying friction points for developers and building solutions to improve their velocity.
• Comfortable using data to justify roadmap priorities and articulate the ROI of technical debt reduction.
• Effective communication skills to bridge technical engineering discussions and high-level business strategy.
