What you will do

• Own the blockchain product roadmap, executing a strategy for hirify.global’ blockchain solutions.
• Champion developer and user experience, working with customers and partners to deliver blockchain solutions.
• Optimize protocol performance using analytics and hands-on research to improve transaction throughput and scalability.
• Spearhead breakthrough projects in cryptography, DeFi, and blockchain interoperability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate blockchain product launches and shape regulatory edge.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Product Management experience, including delivering complex technical products.
• Visionary on Blockchain: You see the transformative potential of distributed ledgers, programmable assets, and open financial rails.
• Technical Fluency: Deep comfort with blockchain protocols, smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Layer 2s), cryptography, and APIs.
• Customer Centricity: Track record partnering with enterprise clients to deliver robust, scalable, and high-compliance solutions on blockchain.
• Data-Driven: Use product analytics and on-chain data to guide decisions, optimize performance, and track market adoption.
• Mission-Oriented: Passion for the democratization of finance, decentralized systems, and making blockchain technology accessible to all.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-chain architecture, DeFi, staking, stablecoin infrastructures, or token standards (ERC, SPL, etc.)
