What you will do
- Own strategy and roadmap for AI-powered support automation products
- Identify AI opportunities based on user needs and business value
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers on model development and evaluation
- Run experiments and define product behavior across various scenarios
- Partner with design, legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI use
Requirements
- 6-9 years of product management experience with AI/ML-driven products
- Strong technical understanding of ML models, training, and real-time inference
- Experience with structured experiments including A/B testing
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with AI quality, safety, and responsible-use frameworks
- Experience with LLMs, multimodal models, or generative AI
