What you will do

• Engage with prequalified leads and source new opportunities across the Italian sports & fitness market.
• Be the first point of contact for new and potential customers, calling and emailing leads to book product demos.
• Continuously generate and qualify new leads, considering current market developments.
• Maintain an accurate and organized CRM to support effective follow-ups and prioritization.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handovers and align efforts to help close deals faster.
• Contribute to special projects, industry reports, and sports fairs & events.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university as a full-time student.
• Native in Italian and fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Deep passion for sports and a "never give up" mindset.
• High energy, self-motivation, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in pitching and speaking with potential customers.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to develop skills in the commercial sports industry.

• Previous experience with a CRM tool.
• Ability to speak another language.
