Location: Remote hybrid, exclusively open to candidates in New York Metropolitan area, NY, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA. For those in our New York City office, work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) is encouraged. For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA or Seattle, WA, quarterly Work Together Days within these cities are encouraged. This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Salary: $221,000–$255,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the care delivery product strategy by identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities across clinical workflows, virtual care, and operational tooling.
• Set vision and investment direction for how care is delivered on the Maven platform, ensuring experiences scale while maintaining clinical quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth and raising the bar on product thinking.
• Partner deeply with cross-functional leaders in Clinical, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, and Member Support.
• Define and own success metrics for care delivery, including clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and member satisfaction.
• Drive experimentation and innovation, including AI-enabled care orchestration, clinical decision support, and clinician-facing intelligence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, with ownership of complex healthcare or care delivery products.
• Deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems and the health consumer mindset.
• Proven people leadership experience, including managing and mentoring Product Managers.
• Strong product judgment and analytical rigor, with the ability to ground decisions in data and insights.
• Track record of delivering and scaling products across the full lifecycle, from discovery to optimization.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, partnering with engineering, data science, and clinical teams.
• Active work authorization in the US is required.
