What you will do

• Listen to customer requirements and translate them into detailed implementation plans.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute implementation project plans and task schedules.
• Design, create, and manage application and software integration/migration deployments.
• Ensure implementation services are delivered within scope and manage project scope changes.
• Provide guidance to customers on best practices, risks, and changes impacting processes.
• Maintain product knowledge, staying updated with features, and assist in educational webinars.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two years in customer success, software implementation, or technical support.
• 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical solutions.
• Strong skills, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive customer issues, with exceptional follow-through.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of customer consulting work experience.
• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Knowledge of internal systems (HighLevel, Freshdesk).
